This fully peer-reviewed, bilingual, and triannual publication provides a first-class expert overview of the important legal developments pertaining to the rule of law, human rights and democracy, free market economy, Europeanization of the legal culture and legal education, and the approximation of Georgian legislation with the European Union law. Transnational in nature, the journal will foster the dialogue between the Georgian and European legal communities. As an initiative of the Georgian-Norwegian Rule of Law Association, besides its generally broad coverage, the journal will also be specifically promoting the contributions bridging the Georgian and Norwegian legal cultures.
